We are pumped to have you join us at SwimWod. Within 24 hours you should receive an email from True Coach (and me) with your new coaching account where your program will be delivered to you. You will be able to message me with questions, provide me with results and videos and I can give you feedback and help adjust the program to better suit you all through the app.
